While your SudStud Mobile Detailing account is active, SudStud Mobile Detailing retains any information regarding your account unless you wish to have the account deleted and have communicated that wish to us. However, SudStud Mobile Detailing may retain necessary information after account deletion in the following situations:
- When there is an unresolved issue relating to your account, for example, outstanding credit or an unresolved dispute;
- When we are required to by applicable law; and/or

If you delete your User Contributions from SudStud Mobile Detailing, copies of your User Contributions may remain viewable in cached and archived pages or might have been copied or stored by other SudStud Mobile Detailing users.
